Hello, everyone! It’s great to be back today to share this newly-built family home.

This home has what most new homeowners are choosing lately: a painted brick exterior! But more than that, this new construction also features gorgeous architecture details and interiors that are beautiful without breaking the bank – which is always a plus, right?! Decorated by Swag Home Staging, this post should leave you with many home decor ideas. I sure hope you have a good time!

 

New Construction Home with Painted Brick Exterior

The brick exterior is painted in Sherwin Williams SW 7028 Incredible White.

The corbels, brackets, eaves and Tudor trim are stained in Minwax Special Walnut.

Roof: Weathered Wood & Burnished Slate/Bronze Metal Roof.

Front Door: Wood, stained Minwax Special Walnut – similar here.

Front Door Hardware: Schlage.

Living Room

This home feels inviting and anyone could feel welcome in here.  I really like the decor and color scheme… you couldn’t get tired of it!

Wall Paint Color: Pittsburgh Paints Silvery Moon PPG1029-1.

Coffee Table: Greyleigh.

Console Table: Greyleigh.

The fireplace is nickel-gap shiplap wrapped.

Hardwood Flooring: Shaw Floors San Antonio, Antique Gold.

Chandelier: Capital Lighting – similar here, here, here & here.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a black and white color scheme with a hint of color.

All interior doors (please see right) are painted in Pittsburgh Paints Black Magic PPG1001-7.

Interior Door Style: Jeld-Wen Rockport Smooth.

Counterstools: Here – in Distressed Dream Blue.

Black & White

This kitchen features white upper cabinets and black lower cabinets. Cabinets are custom.

Notice the waterfall-edge island and the floating shelves flanking the window on the left.

I am loving the idea of having the tub framed with full slabs instead using tile. The tub is framed with Silestone Kensho quartz slabs.

Floor & Wall Tile: – Daltile Empyrean Ice M050 Field Tile Polished – similar: Emser.

Accent Tile: Daltile Argyle Blend Gray DA23 Polished – Trimed with Epyrean Ice 3/4″x 12″ pencil rail – polished.
