Who’s ready to take a little break from farmhouses? 
I love modern farmhouses especially, but I am happy to feature a healthy diversity of architecture and interior design styles on Home Bunch. I have always done this because I am a stronger believer in that we need to see many different homes to find out what really works for us and for our home.
Designed by one of my favorite interior designers, AGK Design Studio (recently featured here & here), this custom home located in Fairbanks Ranch, CA., will be a feast for your eyes!

Black steel windows give a modern feel to this traditional Hacienda-style home.

Exterior Paint Color
The exterior is stucco, Senergy 330 Ultra White – a very similar paint color would be Sherwin Williams Oyster White SW 7637, which is a creamy, “seashell” white.

How gorgeous is this black arched metal front door? Paint color is similar to Sherwin Williams SW 6258 Tricorn Black.

A sitting area with a wet bar is located between the kitchen and the Great Room. I actually am a huge fan of small sitting areas! They always make a house feel more inviting.
